The perfect end to any day is on the couch watching bad reality TV with my fiancé (thank you Andy Cohen). Of course, this rarely seems to happen for me as I am a self-proclaimed work-a-holic with an avid food and wine (consumption) career. I seem to be forever busy between work and social plans but I also go crazy when there’s not a lot to do. I love to travel and usually end up out of town about once a month. I love foreign travel – and keep a very detailed List of all the cities I’ve visited (my friends have never found my Lists as entertaining as I do, but I’d be glad to share them with you if you’re interested). Despite the efforts of many, I haven’t updated my musical taste since the 80s – I don’t see a need.
Anyone who knows me knows my in depth love of wine and, well, really any great cocktail. I love to read, though mostly only cheesy girl novels (think Bridget Jones and anything by Emily Griffin). I’m not very athletic but did bowl a perfect game in college. I do exercise and meditate to stay sane – some weeks much more often than others. I adore (good) live theater. Speaking of which, I spent nearly an entire year in Manhattan watching off Broadway shows and street walking (walking the streets for fun, not work. Didn’t do much work of any kind that year).
I now live in Inman park with my fiancé and look forward to having big, fat babies together one day, just like my precious niece who I’m pretty sure was born to the wrong twin.”
