Natalie Smallwood comes to Brain Bytes with over 12 years of experience in project management, customer service, and sales. Before joining Brain Bytes, she managed a record breaking sales team for an internet bridal firm. After several years in this role, she began working at Stompernet where she managed projects and led the Cusomter Service Team. During her five years with Stompernet, Natalie learned the ins and outs of internet marketing, including web design, coding, and SEO.

Natalie is an avid painter, crafter and garderner. She has her BS in Business Management from Kennesaw State University (2008). When she’s not managing a BBC site build, you can find Natalie playing with her three boys or watching her musician husband perform locally.
